Your Right to Opt Out

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), Texas Data Privacy and Security Act (TDPSA), Oregon Consumer Privacy Act (OCPA), Indiana Consumer Data Protection Act, Kentucky Consumer Data Protection Act, Rhode Island Data Transparency and Privacy Protection Act, and other applicable state privacy laws, you have the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information. As a data intelligence company, GSDSI may transfer certain pseudonymized identifiers (such as Mobile Advertising IDs and location-derived insights) to clients, which may constitute a "sale" under applicable law.

You can also communicate an opt-out preference by enabling Global Privacy Control (GPC) in a supported browser. A valid GPC signal is treated as an automatic opt-out of sale and sharing. No further action or confirmation is required. The DSR portal below remains available if you want identity-linked suppression or status tracking for other requests.

California residents may also submit deletion and opt-out requests through the State of California's Delete Request and Opt-out Platform (DROP), operated by the California Privacy Protection Agency, at cppa.ca.gov/data_brokers.

Limit the Use of My Sensitive Personal Information

Under CCPA/CPRA, California residents may limit the use and disclosure of their sensitive personal information to what is necessary to provide requested services. As a data broker, GSDSI processes sensitive personal information that may include precise geolocation and mobility, and inferences used to create sensitive-segment audiences where licensed. We honor limitation requests for our own processing and brokered records subject to identity verification and applicable law.

A valid Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal already opts you out of sale and sharing automatically. GPC does not replace this separate right to limit use of sensitive personal information.
