GSDSI operates under CCPA/CPRA, CAN-SPAM, TCPA, GDPR, and the evolving US state-privacy-act landscape (Virginia CDPA, Colorado CPA, Connecticut CTDPA, Utah UCPA, Iowa ICDPA, Montana CDPA, Oregon OCPA, Texas TDPSA, Florida FDBR, and others). Consumer-report-adjacent products carry FCRA-ineligible labeling. Privacy-request handling meets the 45-day verification SLA required by California law.

Global Privacy Control

If a supported browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, GSDSI treats it as an automatic opt-out of sale and sharing for that browser. No confirmation step, portal visit, or account is required. The DSR portal remains available for optional identity-linked suppression and for other request types (access, delete, correct, limit sensitive use).

Limit the Use of My Sensitive Personal Information

Under the CCPA/CPRA, California residents may limit the use and disclosure of their sensitive personal information to what is necessary to provide the requested services. GSDSI processes sensitive personal information that may include precise geolocation and mobility, and inferences used to create sensitive-segment audiences where licensed.

Submit a limit-sensitive-use request through GSDSI's TrustSuperset DSR portal. Select the request type labeled "Limit the Use of My Sensitive Personal Information" or "Limit sensitive use." Account creation is not required solely to submit this request.

GSDSI verifies the request where needed, applies suppression or opt-out handling to relevant records, and processes the request within the timeline required by applicable law. Some data may be retained where lawful retention, security, or compliance obligations apply.
